As a Shift Supervisor in MedTech production, you will work in alternating early and late shifts, ensuring the correct execution of orders according to planning requirements. You will serve as the point of contact for your shift team members, ensuring smooth communication between shifts as well as between employees and supervisors. From day one, you will take on additional responsible tasks within the cleanroom.
You are a motivated individual with experience as a shift leader in production, ideally in plastic injection molding, assembly lines, or cleanroom environments. You enjoy teamwork and achieving challenging goals. Your strengths include a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, precision, and process-oriented and analytical thinking. You communicate clearly and openly, are proficient in German (both spoken and written), and are experienced with MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
